After purchasing/leasing a beat from violentbeatz.com the purchaser has to keep to the restrictions, terms and conditions below.
General:
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
Violentbeatz (Jan Schlegel) reserves the right to change the terms and conditions to serve a better protection for the rights owners.
Refund:
A refund is not possible because of the non-returnable nature of downloadable material.
Credits:
IMPORTANT: Regardless of the license, be sure that proper credit is given (e.g.: prod. by ViolentBEATz / Beat prod. by ViolentBEATz).
Freebeats:
If the purchaser downloads any Freebeat he has to keep to following restrictions:
– Use it only in NON-COMMERCIAL projects. The purchaser or third parties are not allowed to earn money with it.
– Credits MUST BE GIVEN in written form (e.g.: prod. by ViolentBEATz / Beat prod. by ViolentBEATz).
– It is not allowed to remove any voicetag or edit the beat in another way.
Privacy policy:
ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) will not give out your information to anyone outside of business and it is held privately on a secure server.
After purchasing a beat, the Purchaser will be added to a free newsletter mailing list (can always be unsubscribed).

Background In/Outro-leaseThe following agreement is a contract between ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) and the purchaser. The contract enters immediately after the purchase of one (any) beat or beatpack (beats) from this website (violentbeatz.com) into force. After the purchase, the beat/beatpack (untagged MP3 + untagged WAV File) can be downloaded directly*. Only non-exclusive rights are garanted to the purchaser. The purchaser is not allowed to sell and distribute the beat/beatpack. Also he is not allowed to use it in any other commercial way (e.g. TV, radio, shows,…) in which the purchaser or a third person would earn money, except if the beat is used in videos as backgroundmusic (no vocal/instrument synchronisation to any parts of the beat/beatpack or editing is allowed) or in videos as Intro/Outro Music (max. time: 45 seconds) after paying once. The purchaser is allowed to use the beat/beatpack once (in one commercial project). The owner of the beat remains ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) and ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) is allowed to resell the beat/beatpack. Credits must be given in written form to ViolentBEATz. (e.g.: prod. by ViolentBEATz / Beat prod. by ViolentBEATz)

Premium-leaseThe following agreement is a contract between ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) and the purchaser. The contract enters immediately after the purchase of one (any) beat or beatpack (beats) from this website (violentbeatz.com) into force. After the purchase, the beat/beatpack (untagged MP3 + untagged WAV File + WAV-Trackouts[separate trackouts e.g. Clap, Snare, Kick, Lead,…]) can be downloaded directly*. Only non-exclusive rights are garanted to the purchaser. The purchaser is allowed to sell and distribute the beat/beatpack, only with vocals on it up to 5000 units total (Album+CD+Download-sells). The purchaser is allowed to use the beat in every other commercial project (e.g. videos, shows,…) as often as he want (unlimited), after paying once. The purchaser is not allowed to use/show the beat/beatpack in any way in TV & Radio. The owner of the beat/beatpack remains ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) and ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) is allowed to resell the beat/beatpack. Credits must be given in written form to ViolentBEATz. Exclusive rightsThe following agreement is a contract between ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) and the purchaser. The contract enters immediately after the purchase of one (any) beat or beatpack (beats) from this website (violentbeatz.com) into force. After the purchase, the beat/beatpack (untagged MP3 + untagged WAV File + WAV-Trackouts[separate trackouts e.g. Clap, Snare, Kick, Lead,…]) can be downloaded directly*. Exclusive rights are garanted to the purchaser. The purchaser is allowed to sell and distribute the beat/beatpack, only with vocals on it, as often as he want (unlimited) (Album+CD+Download-sells). The purchaser is allowed to use the beat in every other commercial project (e.g. videos, shows,…) as often as he want (unlimited), after paying once. The purchaser is allowed to use/show the beat/beatpack in TV & Radio. The purchaser of the beat/beatpack becomes the owner. Every right of use is transferred to the purchaser. After purchase ViolentBEATz (Jan Schlegel) is not allowed to resell the beat/beatpack an the beat will be removed from the website and from all other platforms (Except some Beats (tagged!) uploaded on promochannels. They will be marked as ‘sold’). If the purchased beat/beatpack is a Freebeat/Freebeatpack, it will not be removed from following Platforms: Youtube, Soundcloud, Violentbeatz.com; the beat/beatpack will be marked as ‘sold’ so nobody can buy it anymore.
Already completed non-exclusive-sales to other purchasers can not be considered. Selling Exclusive rights does not affect previous leases. Credits must be given in written form to ViolentBEATz. (e.g.: prod. by ViolentBEATz / Beat prod. by ViolentBEATz)
